刘琰，博士（后），主要研究方向为重大工程项目管理和项目型企业数字化转型，必赢MEM教育中心副主任、复杂工程与项目管理研究中心（智库）成员，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学客座研究员、兼职博士生导师，国际项目管理协会（IPMA）研究委员会成员。入选必赢毓秀青年学者计划（管理工程与科学学科首位获得者）、“博士后国际交流计划”引进项目、江苏省卓越博士后计划资助。博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学土木工程与地理科学学院，曾担任代尔夫特理工大学（博士后）研究员、英国伦敦大学学院UCL访问学者。重庆市优秀毕业生、优秀研究生。

迄今发表学术论文近30篇，其中以第一作者/通讯作者在International Journal of Project Management，Automation in Construction，Project Management Journal，IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management，Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management等国际工程管理和项目管理期刊上发表论文10余篇，含ESI高被引论文1篇，谷歌学术被引1400余次，H指数14，单篇最高引用超过500次；授权国家发明专利1项；参与出版专著1部，译著4部；研究案例包括荷兰交通及水管理部全国52个水闸维护更新项目群、全荷最长的隧道Gaasperdammer项目、港珠澳大桥、江苏省跨江通道群（包含常泰长江大桥）等。担任International Journal of Project Management和Project Leadership and Society编委，Frontiers of Engineering Management特约通讯专家，中国公路学会青年专家委员会委员，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会项目管理研究委员会（PMRC）委员等。

荣获国际项目管理协会（IPMA）青年学者卓越贡献奖、全国创新创业优秀博士后。现（曾）主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项，中国博士后科学基金面上资助1项，美国项目管理学会（PMI）资助项目1项，笹川良一优秀青年奖学基金3项，阿里活水计划项目1项，科技部外国专家项目1项等；参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目1项、华为技术有限公司合作项目1项、江苏省交通运输厅科技项目1项等。

担任《项目管理》《工程管理导论》主讲人、新生导师等。曾担任荷兰代尔夫特理工大学硕士专业Construction Management and Engineering与辅修专业Project Management from Nano to Mega讲师，负责Collaborative Design and Engineering和Integration: technical project等课程。作为硕士生论文导师，指导代尔夫特理工大学硕士21名，阿姆斯特丹自由大学硕士1名，伦敦大学学院UCL硕士1名；代尔夫特理工大学本科毕业论文2名，研究实习13名，Civil Engineering Consultancy Projects（联合专业项目）2个。目前在必赢合作指导硕士研究生3名、指导本科生毕业3名、毓琇书院新生早期科研训练计划项目3项；在代尔夫特理工大学合作指导博士研究生1名、硕士研究生1名。
