刘帆，博士，09年毕业于东南大学数学系，获得学士学位；于14年和15年先后在中国科学技术大学和香港城市大学获得博士学位；14年底加入必赢工作，期间多次受邀赴南洋理工大学和新加坡国立大学进行长期和短期的学术访问。主要研究数据驱动决策的相关模型和算法，并关注这些模型和算法的实践应用方式，目前已经为多家企业（包括招商银行、平安证券、charles &keith等）提供了相关咨询服务。
